- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless specified otherwise. Currently, we do not accept online payments.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations will incur a fee to cover costs incurred before cancellation.
- For cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters or political unrest), refunds will be provided either in full or after deducting costs incurred, if applicable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure they have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and permits.
- Disclosure of any medical conditions is mandatory to ensure safety during the tour.
- It is recommended to follow local customs and guidelines to avoid unnecessary issues.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- RamJanki Travels uses third-party services (e.g., hotels, transport providers) and is not liable for their actions or services.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover risks related to health, travel delays, or cancellations.
6. Privacy and Data Usage

- Provide customer support and communication related to the services.
- Notify about service updates or policy changes.
- Improve our services through anonymous feedback.
- Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required for fulfilling the services (e.g., sharing details with hotels).
7. Website Usage

8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes to Itineraries and Services
- RamJanki Travels reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, services, or schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or operational requirements.
- Customers will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.
12. Health and Fitness Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for assessing their physical and mental fitness for the trip. RamJanki Travels will not be liable for injuries, health issues, or accidents resulting from a traveler’s medical condition or lack of preparedness.
15. Baggage and Personal Belongings
- RamJanki Travels is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trip. Travelers must ensure the safety of their belongings at all times.
16. No-Show Policy
- Failure to show up at the designated meeting point or departure location on time will be considered a “No-Show,” and no refund will be provided.
17. Force Majeure
- RamJanki Travels is not liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.
18. Special Requests
- Any special requests (e.g., dietary preferences, room preferences) should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
19. Tour Conduct and Termination of Service
- RamJanki Travels reserves the right to terminate services to any traveler whose conduct is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to the group or the local community. No refund will be issued in such cases.
20. Complaints and Feedback
- Travelers are encouraged to share complaints or feedback during the trip to allow us to address them promptly. Any unresolved complaints should be submitted in writing to our official contact within 15 days of the trip’s conclusion.
21. COVID-19 or Similar Health Guidelines
- Travelers must adhere to any health and safety protocols in effect during the trip, including mask-wearing, social distancing, or vaccination proof, if required. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the trip without refund.
22. Third-Party Errors or Issues
- RamJanki Travels is not liable for errors, omissions, or issues arising from third-party providers (e.g., hotels, transportation). Complaints should be directed to the respective provider, although we will assist where possible.
23. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- RamJanki Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to review them regularly.
