This is the standard itinerary of a One-Day Kashi Heritage walk.
(Can be modified as per preferences of the tourist)
Itineraries
5:30 am
Subah-e-Banaras at Assi Ghat
Attend the beautiful morning aarti with Vedic chanting, classical music, and soulful ambiance.
Optionally join early yoga/meditation sessions at the ghat.
6:30 - 7:00 AM
Ghat Walk
Take a peaceful walk along the ghats, stopping at:
Tulsi Ghat – Associated with poet-saint Tulsidas.
Harishchandra Ghat – One of the oldest cremation ghats.
Kedar Ghat – Visit Kedareshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Mansarovar Ghat – Historical connection to Raja Man Singh of Jaipur.
Dashashwamedh Ghat – Bustling spiritual energy and major pilgrimage spot.
Manikarnika Ghat from there walk towards Panch Ganga Ghat and take exit from there towards Kachori Gali.
10:00 AM
Breakfast
Grab a local Banarasi breakfast near Godowlia area or near Kachori Gali.
(After Breakfast do visit nearby famous trail like Chandrakoop and Pitaprameshwar Temple )
12:00 PM
Kal Bhairav Temple Darshan
Head to Kal Bhairav Temple, the fierce guardian deity of Kashi.
* A spiritually intense place, feel the raw energy and pay homage.
After that head towards – Lunch & Rest
* Have lunch at a traditional place like Baati Chokha, or a café if you prefer fusion/local meals.
* Return to your stay for a short rest if needed.

Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir
Visit Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir
6:30 PM
Ganga Aarti at Assi Ghat
An unforgettable spiritual experience.
Arrive by 6:15 to get a good spot, or book a boat ride for an elevated view.
After Aarti spend some time at Ghat.
8:30 PM
Dinner
Light dinner or street food: try Tamatar Chaat, Sambhar Vada, Palak Chaat, Banarasi Paan etc.
10:00 PM
Shayan Aarti at Kashi Vishwanath Temple
The very electrifying and energetically charged Shayan Aarti of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Ji.
